READY-TO-WEAR ITEMS
Returns: Pre-made items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds: After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Item Condition: To be eligible for return, items must be in their pristine, original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all seals and tags intact. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including makeup stains, perfume scents, or any alterations.

2. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Final Sale: Custom pieces are crafted based on your specifications and are therefore not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Alterations: We offer one complimentary alteration per custom order. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for alterations.
Defects: In the rare case of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include supporting photos. We will aim to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, store credit will be issued.
Unclaimed Orders: If delivery is declined or the item remains uncollected for 10 days, the order will be considered forfeited. Tessuti reserves the right to reuse, donate, or resell the item. Payments will not be refunded.

Charges are processed once the order is ready for dispatch.

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 7 business days.
This does not include courier shipping time, which may vary.

If a product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it, or issue store credit if necessary.
